  1. Ryan Billing –

You can tell that this product has bleach in it, which is available anywhere. However, this product did more than just a bleach wash. It has some sort of soap in it because it suds up, but you can really see it cleaning.

I was very happy with it. Kind of expensive – thus, the four stars. Plan to use it on other things.

  2. Bill T. –

Used the product about two months ago on our dingy black roof and the stains are going away. I expect that they’ll be completely gone within another 30-45 days. Nice product.

  3. Ron W. –

I used this product years ago to keep mold from reappearing on a molded basement bathroom wall. The mold, which was coming back within 3 days of being cleaned, stayed away for over three years after applying this product. Have not used it outdoors, but I’m a believer! Nothing works like this product to keep mold and mildew from returning.

  4. Brad D. –

Just used this product to clean a roof that hadn’t been cleaned in decades – looks brand new.

My customer was very pleased. As I was spraying it on the roof I could see it working. By the time I put the sprayer down and started rinsing, moss and all sorts of dirt were headed for the gutters. Impressive results.

This product has done a fantastic job on our wood deck that has had a constant problem with black mold growth. Really keeps it away.
